Due to display use, there may be minor scratches or marks on the exterior – the higher the grade, the fewer marks. For more details, please refer to the FAQ section on self‑collection and inspection.

After‑Sales Support:
All Z10 units come with a 2‑year official warranty (covering core components).
Return/Exchange Policy: As display units, these are sold on an “as‑is” basis and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue. Please confirm your choice before purchasing.
