📌 Important Notes (Must Read)

All robot vacuums under this listing are display units, previously used for in-store display, exhibition display, and promotional video shoots.

All grades are 100% functional (sweeping, mopping, auto mop washing, and APP control are all fully operational).
Due to display use, there may be minor scratches or marks on the exterior — the higher the grade, the fewer the marks.

🛡️Return/Exchange Policy:
As display units, these are sold on an “as-is” basis and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue. Please confirm your choice before purchasing.

🛡️ 2-Year Warranty Details

Core components such as motor, mainboard, sensors, etc.

Not Covered:
Cosmetic scratches and minor signs of use (normal for display units).
Normal wear and tear on consumables (side brushes, roller brushes, filters, mop pads, dust bags, etc.).

❓ FAQs

Q: Why is it so much cheaper than a brand new unit?
A: Because it is a display unit with minor cosmetic marks, but the functionality is perfectly intact — excellent value for money.

Q: Can I inspect the unit before buying?
A: Yes. We support self-collection and on-site inspection by prior appointment. However, stock is very limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis — please contact customer service in advance to book a time slot.

Q: What if I receive the unit and am not satisfied with its appearance?
A: Since the cosmetic condition of display units has been clearly stated, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to appearance concerns unless there is a functional quality issue.
We recommend choosing self-collection so you can inspect the unit on site.
