Yes, we offer servicing or repairs for Narwal vacuum cleaners, but only for devices that are officially sold by us.
Orders & Shipping
- How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an tracking number from us. Simply click on the provided link to track your package in real-time. For any questions, contact us at Whatsapp or email us at narwal@socosg.com.
- Do you deliver on the weekends?
We ship out orders from Monday to Friday, but deliveries can occur from Monday to Saturday.
- Can I edit my order after confirmation?
Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be edited. If you need assistance or have any concerns about your order, please contact our customer support team.

- How long is my machine covered under Manufacturer Warranty?
2 Year local warranty is provided against all manufacturer defects.*Not applicable to accessories.
- How can I make a claim under Manufacturer Warranty?

Returns & Refunds
- Can I have a replacement if my product is broken or not working? How can I request for this replacement?
During the warranty period of your Narwal product, Narwal Singapore assumes responsibility for any manufacturing defects.This includes undertaking repairs and providing replacement parts as necessary.
- Can I have a replacement if I am not satisfied with my product? How can I request for this replacement?
It is recommended that you promptly inspect the product upon its arrival. Should you find any damage or malfunction, we will address the issue under the warranty coverage, offering repair, replacement, or a refund for the purchase. Items such as accessories and consumables, not covered by the warranty, are non-returnable unless the lack of conformity is the cause.
